Prior to establishing Agile HR Search, Trish worked for a well-known Irish recruitment and search firm for over 12 years, where she held a senior leadership position within HR search and selection. She has firmly built a reputation around a meticulous, caring and discreet approach to meeting both clients and candidates needs.

Trish graduated with a BSc in Business, Marketing & HR and is CIPD qualified. Outside of work,  she is Mum to two very energetic boys, loves beach life and enjoys swimming in the sea to start her day.
